modern room lovely view easy check-in payed parking
the modern room featured a lovely view that stretched out to the sea, i found the easy check-in process quite helpful. the room's spaciousness was a welcome surprise, and i especially liked the payed parking right outside the building. it provided such convenience, and was a real treat.
the bedroom tv kept turning off, a minor inconvenience during an otherwise perfect stay.

i noticed the breakfast service operates on an order basis. the menu seemed limited, yet it provided an intimate, personalized touch. i saw that each meal was prepared individually and presented with great care.

dirty door parking issue
the staff were helpful and friendly
the room was not clean at all i saw a lot of bits on the rug it was black so it was visible the curtains for the door didn't reach the floor so it let in light the door was very stiff to open and filthy i had to pay for parking elsewhere because it was full

Lovely Room, Great Bar
spacious room beautiful room cute staff
The room was spacious. It was also beautiful. I enjoyed chatting with Cristobal in the bar downstairs for about half an hour. He was very cute. I couldn't get over how fresh the entire building smelled. It added to the cute feeling.
There were not many options to properly store clothes. I wish there had been some space to better organize my belongings. It would have.

The hotel bar downstairs was well-equipped. It seemed to have a good selection. The bar area looked inviting, with comfortable seating and a relaxing atmosphere for hotel guests. It made it very appealing.

The staff provided a warm welcome. Cristobal was particularly cute, taking the time to chat and offer recommendations. The hotel staff demonstrated genuine hospitality.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities
rainfall shower draft drinks convenient access
My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The hotel bar offered a good variety of drinks on draught.. The hotel's location provided convenient access to both piers. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
The front glass door did not close properly, so there was some noise.

The room featured two big double beds and a sofa, providing ample space for relaxation. A small area included a fridge, microwave. tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was very clean.

The hotel is based between South and Central Piers, made exploring the attractions very straightforward. Parking is available at the rear of the hotel and cost £15 for 24 hours. It made loading and unloading the car easy.

ocean view fair price
the junior ocean view suite was a great size for my partner and i. a travel cot fit comfortably for our baby (very useful). i also appreciated the fridge and countertop for preparing hot drinks. the price was very fair for the experience we had.

the room was modern and spacious. the bed was comfortable (i slept well). the view from the window was lovely and included the sea. the shower was also very nice.

the building had a clean smell. parking was available at the rear of the hotel for a fee. wifi was included and easy to connect to. the bar area included a piano.
